Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
